CoLABOR is part of a consortium assessing the impact of European funds on the skills of young people

In partnership with the IPPS-Iscte, the project coordinator, and CIES-Iscte, CoLABOR will assess the extent to which European funds have contributed to increasing intermediate-level qualifications among young people, as well as to improving their employability and integration into the labor market.

To address these objectives, the project consortium Evaluation of Intermediate-Level Qualifications employs a coordinated set of research methods, namely: Theory of Change; Counterfactual Impact Analysis; and Qualitative Comparative Analysis (QCA).

The methodological approach adopted allows for the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods, the exploration of different levels of analysis, and the triangulation of evidence, thereby enhancing the robustness, validity, and utility of the findings.

This evaluation is part of the PT2030 Comprehensive Evaluation Plan and the PESSOAS 2030 Evaluation Plan.
