Summary

Analysis of a database of Administrative Court judgments from 2018 to 2022, with the aim of identifying case characteristics—such as types of action, taxes, and taxpayers, or the presence of interest—and patterns regarding the duration of proceedings, the position of the Public Prosecutor’s Office, and the outcome of the judgments. Work carried out for IDEFF as a service provision, with the results to be used in the project "Tax Litigation in Portugal: Legal and Empirical Assessments."
