The study entitled "Sociographic dynamics of employment in Public Administration" characterizes the evolution of employment in the Public Administration sector in Portugal in the period 2011-2022, with particular emphasis on the analysis of employment in Central Public Administration.

Policy 11 is dedicated to a critical analysis of the Decent Work Agenda, a set of strategic measures in the labor area aimed at improving working conditions, with the fight against precariousness being one of its priority objectives.

CoLABOR has just published the study "Impact of COVID-19 on nursing homes". This study aimed to assess the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on residential facilities for the elderly (ERPI), based on an analysis of sociodemographic, territorial and organizational factors.

Policies in Analysis No. 10 "The ban on outsourcing services in the 2023 labor reform" is part of a series of legal analysis texts that COLABOR has been producing as part of the Decent Work Agenda, with a view to contributing to the discussion and debate on public policies in the labor area.

The report "The State of the Nation and Public Policies 2023", an initiative of IPPS-Iscte and released today, focuses on a reflection on structural reforms in different areas of governance, namely Employment, Justice, Housing, Social Security, Social Protection, Immigration, Health, Education, Science and Higher Education.

CoLABOR contributed to this initiative by developing and updating the "State of the Nation in Figures" information platform.

The Commission for Equality in Labour and Employment (CITE) has teamed up with "CoLABOR - Laboratory for Labour, Employment and Social Protection" as part of a study on the effects of ways of organizing working time, with a particular focus on shift work and night work and their effects on workers and employers.
