The application for the "Assessment of Companies’ Qualifications and Performance" project, promoted by the Agency for Development and Cohesion, I. P. (AD&C), as the contracting authority, and part of the Portugal 2030 Comprehensive Evaluation Plan.
The project aims to assess the impact of vocational training, lifelong learning, and the processes of skills validation and certification on the alignment between the supply and demand for qualifications and skills, as well as on business performance.
The evaluation covers the interventions under the Portugal 2020 program and the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR) aimed at providing vocational training for youth and adults.
The project aims to contribute to a better understanding of the role these initiatives play in skills development and in meeting the needs of the business community, by enhancing knowledge about the relationship between training, qualifications, and business performance.
