Luis Pedro de Oliveira Garcia e Pina Manso (1986) has a degree (University of East Anglia, UK) and a PhD in Development Studies (ISEG-UL).

She has carried out research in national (DYNAPOR) and international (MOPACT and MIGAPE) projects on the sustainability and adequacy of social protection systems, with a particular focus on issues such as the impact of structural and parametric reforms, gender inequalities, financial sustainability, the redistributive effect of pensions, among others.
